Klarto OÜ is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud
  • Cancel orders due to stock inaccuracies
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods may include:

  • Shopify Payments (card payments and supported digital wallets)
  • PayPal

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Pricing errors may be corrected even after an order is placed.

6. Shipping and International Sales

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with local laws
  • Import duties, customs charges, and taxes
  • Providing accurate shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer error, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and related costs from any refund.

is the intellectual property of Klarto OÜ.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Lifetime Warranty

Klarto OÜ provides a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in load-bearing structural components under normal and intended use.

For the purpose of this warranty, “structural components” refers exclusively to load-bearing parts essential to the product’s mechanical function and integrity.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser
  • Is non-transferable
  • Covers structural failures resulting from manufacturing or material defects

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Misuse, crashes, abuse, racing incidents, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Cosmetic damage, surface wear, or finish deterioration
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Non-structural components (including but not limited to pads, surface finishes, consumables, and hardware subject to wear)

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and cover shipping related to inspection and warranty processing.

At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective structural components. Replacement does not renew or extend the original warranty coverage.

Nothing in this warranty limits mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Klarto OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU legislation.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
