1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Estonia.
2. Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Preorders & Backorders
If a product is listed as preorder or backorder, estimated dispatch time is typically 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customers may cancel preorder or backorder items at any time before shipment for a full refund.
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we reserve the right to ship items separately.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Estonia: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
United States: 6–14 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the courier service and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Regional disruptions
Klarto OÜ does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping, for orders with a total pre-shipping cost of over 65 EUR€, unless otherwise stated.
All shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
- Customs charges are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or import requirements, return shipping and related fees may be deducted from any refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery or required reshipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
Lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require formal investigation by the shipping carrier before resolution.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Klarto OÜ’s responsibility may be considered fulfilled. We will assist in investigating such cases but cannot guarantee replacement or refund once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
9. Split Shipments
We reserve the right to ship items separately if necessary.
10. Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup.
