1. Scope

This policy applies to consumer purchases (B2C).
Business purchases (B2B) are excluded unless agreed in writing.

We ship internationally. Certain rights described below apply specifically to EU consumers in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. EU Consumers Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 28 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 28 days of delivery at:

After approval, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

3. International Customers (Outside the EU)

For customers outside the European Union, we offer a 28-day voluntary return policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

After approval, the item must be shipped within 14 days.

Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping where reasonably possible.

Return instructions and, where applicable, prepaid labels will be provided after return approval.

Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.

If prepaid return labels are not available in your region, we will provide reimbursement guidance.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

  • Be in good condition
  • Show no excessive wear or cosmetic damage
  • Not be visibly used beyond reasonable inspection

Products may be mounted for testing but must not show cosmetic wear.

Original packaging may be opened but must not be significantly damaged.

We reserve the right to assess returns case by case.

If items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

6. Hygiene-Sensitive Components

Certain items, including arm rest pads and similar hygiene-sensitive components, are non-returnable once used.

If such components are included in a bundled product, this does not automatically invalidate a return of the main product. Assessment will be made case by case.

7. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from agreed specifications, we will repair or replace it.

8. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

We refund the product price.

If shipping was included in the product price, no additional shipping reimbursement applies.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees paid to third parties are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Our standard resolution:

  1. Replacement
  2. Refund if replacement is not possible

We may request return of the defective item.

10. Preorders & Backorders

Preorder or backorder items may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund.

Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
